When you are ready to return your product or equipment, please:

Complete the following RMA form
Ship the item in its original box
NOTE: A reboxing fee may be applied to items not returned in their original boxes
Carefully pack the item to prevent damage
Include all original materials
Write the RMA number on the shipping label, NOT on the box
Include a note detailing the problems with your equipment, product, or services to be performed
